At EUNI, we want you to feel confident purchasing from us. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, we maintain a strict but fair returns and refund policy in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), as set out in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
1. Change of Mind Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened skincare products
• Used products
• Products removed from their original packaging
• Gift bundles once opened
• Sale or clearance items
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and packaging
Please note that contacting us within 7 days is encouraged for practical reasons but does not limit any rights you hold under Australian Consumer Law. Where a product has a genuine fault, your statutory rights apply regardless of when the defect becomes apparent, provided it is within a reasonable timeframe.
Depending on the nature of the issue, we may offer:
• A replacement product
• Store credit
• A partial refund
• A full refund
3. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
• Is faulty or defective
• Is unsafe
• Is significantly different from its description or images
• Does not perform as reasonably expected
These are statutory guarantees and cannot be excluded.
4. Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved before items are sent back to us. Please contact us before returning any product. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at their cost.
5. Return Shipping Costs
If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, EUNI will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
For any other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or covered by a statutory guarantee:
• Opened skincare products
• Used facial tools or accessories
• Gift cards
• Promotional or complimentary items
7. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow:
• 3–10 business days for processing on our end
• Additional time depending on your bank or payment provider
Refunds are processed through secure payment providers including Stripe and PayPal where applicable.

9. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on our website.
The main changes made across both: the overseas disclosure clause now includes a due-diligence commitment rather than just acknowledging transfer; the faulty goods window is reframed to encourage early contact without inadvertently capping statutory rights; a children's privacy section has been added; third-party service providers are named where practical; and the return shipping liability for faulty items is made explicit.
